As 2020 comes to a close, Valley Leadership’s Impact Maker – and the leaders and community organizations who power its work to strengthen Arizona – has had a busy year. To get into the holiday spirit, we’re looking back on the difference they’ve made and counting them down as 12 Days of Impact.
U.S. Bank today announced $100,000 in donations to Valley Leadership as part of its $15 million U.S. Bank Foundation Rebuild and Transform Fund, addressing systemic racial inequities in small business, housing and workforce advancement.
I keep thinking about a proverb that Jack McCain learned when he was in Afghanistan: drop by drop, a river is made. He acknowledged, as so many of us have, that change can take time, but those small changes add up.
