Reyna Montoya and Dr. Chad Gestson will be Valley Leadership’s 73rd Man & Woman of the Year. The two were selected because of their commitment to addressing Arizona’s most pressing issues, track record of community engagement and alignment with Valley Leadership’s Principles of Doing.
107 Arizonans have been selected for the second Catalyze class. During the 6-month program, participants grow their connections to the people and issues that impact Arizona, while gaining new skills and experiences. By the end of the program, each participant leaves with a commitment and a plan for how to get more engaged in the community.

As 2021 comes to a close, it’s important than we take time to explore the Impact Maker teams accomplishments over the last year and a half.
The MolinaCares Accord, in collaboration with Molina Complete Care of Arizona, and Valley Leadership are launching a new Impact Maker team tasked with encouraging private sector employers in Arizona to remove barriers to employment for historically marginalized populations, including Medicaid recipients and the formerly incarcerated.
Kimber Lanning and Dr. Warren H. Stewart, Sr. will be Valley Leadership’s 72nd Man & Woman of the Year. The pair were selected because of their commitment to Arizona and track record of impact in the community, particularly on the state’s most pressing issues.
Valley Leadership has selected 114 Arizonans to be part of the inaugural class of Catalyze, a completely virtual program designed to set people up to take action in the community. The cohort represents a diverse cross-section of sectors, industries and experience.
