Empowering People Who Get Things Done for Arizona

Are you ready to make a difference? When you say yes, we’ll take you on a journey. It starts with learning and development to help you build a foundation to better understand yourself, your leadership skills and the issues facing Arizona. You’ll then have the opportunity to put your leadership to the test and take action on the most pressing issues facing our state through Impact Maker.

Leadership Programming

We’ve been strengthening Arizona leaders for over 45 years. How we prepare leaders is guided by our Principles of Doing – to lead most effectively in Arizona. And, no matter how you engage with us, you’ll come away with new skills and experiences, new connections, broader perspective and a personal plan for how you’ll make a difference going forward.

Impact Maker

We launched Impact Maker as a collaborative space to solve challenges together, with a commitment to long-term change that strengthens Arizona. We invite all Valley Leadership alumni to support and join this effort, working with community champions and experts to create and execute thoughtful, strategic solutions to issues that matter most to Arizona.
