2025-2026 Valley Leadership Impact Report

Over the past year, VL expanded its impact across Arizona through its Catalyze, Explore and Impact Maker programs. Catalyze Class 5, VL’s largest class yet, graduated 134 leaders who invested more than 4,500 hours learning about personal leadership and Arizona’s most pressing issues. Explore Class 5 participants traveled 1,794 miles and visited 50 community sites across Arizona and Sonora, building relationships and gaining a deeper understanding of the people and places shaping our state. Through Impact Maker, VL reached more than 8,000 Arizonans with the Just Ask Mia Chatbot, supported 25 organizations in taking action with the Opioid Business Toolkit and trained 33 alumni to support literacy efforts across 11 schools through our Leaders for Literacy program just to highlight a new exciting accomplishments.
