2024-2025 Valley Leadership Impact Report

Over the past year, VL deepened its impact across Arizona through its Catalyze, Explore and Impact Maker programs. Catalyze Class 4’s 103 graduates invested 3,000+ hours learning about personal leadership and Arizona’s most pressing issues. Explore Class 4 participants traveled 1,700+ miles and visited 40+ community sites, from the Navajo Nation to South Phoenix, to build relationships and deepen understanding across Arizona’s diverse regions. VL also continued development on tools like the Opioid Business Toolkit and the Just Ask Mia Chatbot, and hosted new Dinner & Dialogue events to foster connection across lines of difference.
