Arizona Youth Distribute Funds to Local Community Organizations
Sixteen Arizona youth completed Valley Leadership Youth program on Tuesday, April 27, 2016 and distributed over $8,000 to two different community organizations, Girls on the Run and the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN).
Moore Named a Finalist for Nonprofit ‘Director of the Year’ Award
The Organization for Nonprofits Executives (ONE), serving the particular needs of nonprofit Chief Professional Officers in Arizona, is pleased to announce its annual Nonprofit Leader Day event to be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the Desert Willow Conference Center – 4340 E. Cotton Center Blvd., Phoenix, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. The event celebrates the vital contributions of community nonprofit leaders.

Valley Leadership Announces Leadership Institute Class 37
Valley Leadership announced members of 2015 – 2016 Leadership Institute. Each year, approximately 50 proven leaders are selected during a competitive process for the nine-month program. This is the 37th year of the program.

Valley Leadership to host National Conference (#ALPinAZ)
Valley Leadership has been selected, through a competitive bid process, to host the Association of Leadership Programs National Conference in 2017. The conference will be held in Downtown Phoenix, from June 22 to June 24. The Conference will feature up to 50 workshops, several keynote speakers, an awards banquet, and is expected to attract nearly 500 leaders from across the United States.

Arizona Teens Distribute Funds to Local Community Organizations
Nineteen Arizona teens completed Valley Leadership’s Youth Leadership in Philanthropy program last week, and distributed nearly $10,000 to three different community organizations, including: A New Leaf, Civitan Foundation, Inc., and Jewish Family and Children’s Services.
