Greater Phoenix Area's Premier Leadership 501 (c)(3) Organization
Valley Leadership prepares and mentors leaders to realize their power as individuals and understand what people can accomplish working together. For the past 30 years, Valley Leadership graduates have impacted our community’s most significant issues and challenges, from education to regional planning to non-profit leadership. Our adult and teen leaders promote their ideas and plans to improve our community throughout the region, serving on hundreds of boards of directors and volunteering for numerous organizations. In order to continue and expand our premier leadership training and alumni programs for the next 30 years, we need your involvement and support of Valley Leadership, a nonprofit 501 (c )(3).
Why Invest in Valley Leadership
- Improving the quality of life in Phoenix. By investing in Valley Leadership you invest in a broad spectrum of leaders, both emerging and established to enhance the quality of our collective community. Leaders of today and tomorrow benefit significantly from learning about state and local challenges and the ways they can make the Valley a better place through personal activism.
- Supporting a powerful track record. Valley Leadership boasts a remarkable track record --30 years of running successful leadership programs that help educate, train and inspire people to better serve our community.
- Donating to a life-changing program for teens. The Teen Leadership program, offered at no cost to our participants, informs, motivates and increases awareness of community issues and prepares young people to ”dream big” and enthusiastically take on leadership roles. Your support keeps this program open to all teens.
- Celebrating and honoring established leaders. Each year Valley Leadership recognizes worthy individuals who serve as superb role models for others through our signature fundraising event, Man & Woman of the Year.
- Helping deal with complex issues in the nation’s fifth largest city. In this fast growing metropolis, we need committed people willing to have constructive dialogues along with producing creative solutions for important issues we face. Valley Leadership is a natural and experienced facilitator for this activity because of the experts and citizens we bring together.

- Become a Corporate Partner with year-round benefits & recognition
- Sponsor our primary fundraiser, Man & Woman of the Year
- Make a tax deductible donation to support adult and teen leadership programs
- Experience a leadership program first hand
- Pay and retain alumni dues paying status and continue to learn about and connect with your community
- Introduce Valley Leadership to other community groups to further enhance our impact
